FRENCH:

Writing:we wrote in English to our pen pals in France.

Reading:last week before the end of the reading contest, students got their diplomas on Friday.

Spelling:we’ve been doing some french games to write words as long as possible: Boggle and le mot le plus long.

Conjugation:we reviewed the four major tenses.

MATHEMATICS:

We finished our work on decimal numbers.

SOCIAL STUDIES:

In History, we played games to review all the French history.

We’ve been learning few things about the discovery of Canada.

We spend a lot of time to set up everything for the International Fair.

Reading: rallye lecture is running at full speed and will end in two weeks.

Conjugation:test.

MATHEMATICS:

Review of the test.

Physical Education : Each morning we start the day with some sports activities about traditional french games.

Geography:a lot of research on french territories.

Writing:after learning to write a comics, students wrote a scenario.

MATHEMATICS:

This week in mathematics, we reviwed and we started the French evaluation!
At the end of each sequence, we play games like ‘Le compte est bon » (they love it) and coloriage magique!

Grammar: Proper use of the adverbs.

Vocabulary:start to identify different levels of language S3.

Conjugation:Know the rules for formation of compound tenses (passé composé), the concept of the auxiliary.

MATHEMATICS:

Fractions: write,name, compare some simple fractions.

Know the value of each figure of the decimal part according to its position.

SOCIAL STUDIES:

Sciences:earthquakes, the risks for human society.S2 .

History : Test .

En classe, nous fabriquons un jeu sur le recyclage. Cette semaine, nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de Nora, Enzo et Alex et le maître a chanté en jouant de la guitare.

Ce mercredi, toute l’école a fêté le jour de la paix. En rédaction, la classe a écrit un résumé. Tous les matins, nous écoutons de la musique ( Jazz, musique aborigène, Vivaldi …). En instruction civique, nous avons appris qu’il fallait écouter les responsables. Ce vendredi, le grand-père de Sky est venu nous expliqué la naissance et le fonctionnement du gouvernement américain.

Il pleut

En géographie, la classe a travaillé sur les pays francophones et anglophones. Cette semaine, des élèves sont allés dans les autres classes présenter un concours pour éviter le gaspillage alimentaire. Le spectacle d’hiver arrive et toute l’école répète. Louis xivest venu dans la classe pendant l’histoire. Skye a présenté un escargot amphibien. Pour Noël, Blanche, Arsène et leur maman ont décoré la classe.

En sport, nous avons appris à jongler.

Les monstres en fête.

 Cette semaine nous avons inventé un jeu de monstres

pour une école en France.

La classe a creusé des citrouilles pour faire peur.

Ce mercredi toute la classe était déguisée. Les élèves

ont appris à mieux vivre ensemble et à coopérer.

En géographie, nous avons travaillé sur la France d’Outre-mer.
